Terms of Service

The Service is operated by İdeasets Teknoloji Yapay Zeka Ticaret A.Ş., a joint-stock company incorporated in the Republic of Türkiye. You can reach us at legal@geomagics.com.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

GeoMagics measures and helps improve how websites, mobile apps, mobile games and brands appear across search engines, AI answer engines and app stores (SEO, GEO, ASO and AI visibility). Analytical outputs, scores and recommendations are provided for informational purposes and represent our honest best estimate; they are not guarantees of ranking, traffic or commercial outcomes.

You agree not to:

• submit targets you have no lawful right to analyze;
• use the Service to violate any law or third-party right;
• attempt to breach security, probe, or disrupt the Service;
• circumvent rate limits, quotas or access controls;
• resell or provide the Service to third parties except as permitted;
• submit unlawful, infringing, or special-category personal data.

Our collection technology respects robots.txt and applies polite, rate-limited access; you must not use the Service to instruct otherwise.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are stated at checkout and exclusive of taxes unless noted. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing on prospective notice.

The Service, including its software, models, design and content, is owned by İdeasets Teknoloji Yapay Zeka Ticaret A.Ş. and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. You retain ownership of the data and inputs you provide; you grant us a license to process them solely to provide and improve the Service.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will produce specific results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or as required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases; sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul (Çağlayan) shall have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-product or by email and take effect on the date stated. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
